Our primary function is to assist the Ministerial Staff by monitoring the service atmosphere by escorting, directing, seating and maintain order of those who comes to participate in the Worship services , Bible studies and other activities at Maxdale Church.

The MCC Cafe Ministry serves members of our the church by providing refreshments and a place for community fellowship after the Sunday morning worship in an atmosphere that encourages the development of new friendships and the solidification of old friendships.
Let’s hold firmly to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful; 24 and let’s consider how to encourage one another in love and good deeds, 25 not abandoning our own meeting together, as is the habit of some people, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.

Caring Hearts Ministry is the congregational care ministry of Maxdale Cowboy Church. Our goal is to build relationships with the people in our care. Serve Christ by caring and serving each other, especially in times of need.

Whether it is a Special Event, Holiday or to make the Sanctuary beautiful, the goal of this team is to beautify the property God has blessed us with.
